What can I expect from the event?

Get ready, Australia! "Fans Strike Back" Exhibition lands this November 2024. On Sale 18th of September, straight from its record-breaking run Europe and the United States. Having toured New York, Atlanta, Boise, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Budapest, Istanbul, Vienna, Berlin, this spectacular showcase features one of the largest private collections in the world. Dive into the Saga universe with rare artifacts, immersive displays, and unforgettable experiences. Join the ranks of fans worldwide who have been mesmerized by this must-see exhibition. May the Force be with you as you explore the magic of a galaxy not so far, far away!

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Please, arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with elevator access available on site.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the exhibition.

Do you offer carer tickets? Are companion cards accepted?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event won't include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.

Is coat check available?

Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.

Is there an age requirement?

The experience is suitable for all ages. Children up to 3 years old do not need to have a ticket to access the experience.

Will there be an audio guide?

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Can I make a group booking?
